Our Proposal System Works More Personal
We do not recommend “instant” online quotes. Our experience has found those “instant” online quote systems flawed—they seldom produce accurate quotes because they are, by their nature, incapable of soliciting, vital information necessary to produce an accurate quote on a personal basis. Second, and perhaps more importantly, those systems have a relatively low number of companies from which to choose coverage. There are few insurance companies in the “Internet HSA Insurance Business” and many times, the best quotes are from companies unwilling to provide online quoting.

How to Request a Proposal

B.) Print a Hard Copy of the Quote Application (click here for a PDF version of the application). Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for this option. If you do not have it installed on your computer, you may download it FREE here and fax back to Daveco & Associates Insurance toll free at 1-866-541-3535.
We will then quote based on the information you provided and e-mail/fax/mail back to you.
If, at that time, you would like to apply for coverage through us, we will complete an original application by e-mail or if you prefer we will send you a prepaid envelope so that you can forward the paperwork back to us. The advantage of this system is that it allows us to consult with you in order to more accurately complete the application for presentation to the insurance company’s underwriters.
Some of our main carriers will accept faxed applications in many States. We will share this time efficient and new streamlined process when and where available.

About Rates
We always provide the lowest possible rates available. Final rates are always determined by a home office underwriter. If you receive a “lower price” from another agent for the same plan/company, please remember that all agents are provided with the same rates. How agents choose information and plans that makes the difference, but the FINAL rate will always be the same and will be determined by the home office underwriter.
